On the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) organized a series of commemorative and appreciation activities for its female staff and employees, demonstrating executive care and deep gratitude for their valuable contributions to the Company’s overall development.
The celebration commenced with a morning gathering, breakfast, and tea networking session organized jointly by the Executive Management and the Trade Union Executive Committee. In a joyful and intimate atmosphere, female colleagues had the opportunity to connect, converse, and enjoy relaxing moments prior to office hours. The event brought not only celebratory joy on this special day but also enhanced internal cohesion, fostering a friendly and supportive workplace culture aligned with HODECO’s core motto — “A Haven of Full Trust” (Mái ấm trọn niềm tin).
The highlight of the event was the presentation of potted green plants personally gifted by the Board of Management to each female staff member. Though modest, this practical gift carried heartfelt wishes for health, happiness, confidence, and continuous personal growth. The image of green plants serves as a meaningful reminder of resilience, vitality, and the nurturing spirit needed to cultivate lasting values in both professional work and daily life.
On this occasion, HODECO’s Executive Management extended its warmest wishes to all female employees, wishing them continued beauty, happiness, and success as they apply their professional competence and sense of responsibility to accompany HODECO on its journey ahead.
