(Construction) - On April 16, 2022, Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) held the Opening Ceremony of Sales Gallery (transaction office) of The Light City project invested by the Company in ward 12, Vung Tau city. The event was attended by a large number of customers as well as project design and construction partners, banks and media and press agencies.

The project was started in October 2019. Up to now, the basic infrastructure of phase 1 of the project has been completed and the remaining items such as housing, landscape, Olympus Central park, Iris Center park, etc are gradually being completed. In which, tennis court meets the standards of the international tennis federation ITF in the Iris Center Park was inaugurated in March. Currently, HODECO is also actively negotiating with partners to invest in building an international inter-school system, general medical examination and treatment area and other social infrastructures.
