On 3/4/2018, BR - VT House Development JSC has signed the agreement on transfering land lot in My Xuan, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. Specific information is as follows:

- Origin: In 2008, the company bought the land lot in My Xuan to exploit clay for brick

- Area: 33,391 m2 (including 300 m2 of residential land in rural areas and 33,091 m2 of land for perennial crops)

- Transfer price: 2,880,734,000 VND

However, due to the changing of business plan, the company does not invest in brick production and clay exploitation. Therefore, the company has transferred the land to invest in other projects of the company.

- Total value of transfer: nearly VND 8.2 billion
