On 13/11, Binh An- Vung Tau House Development JSC (Hodeco) opened the final sales opening for Binh An Apartment (ward 10, Vung Tau city). Mr Le Viet Lien, Business Director said that the project is at final stage for handover as commitment in 12/2016.

Binh An Apartment has 15 floors comprising of 378 apartments, with size from 55-66m2 and prize of  VND 11-14M/ m2. Since the sales opening in 10/2015 to now, 70% apartments was registered for purchase. According to Hodeco, from 7/11 to 20/11, all customers buy apartment in the project will get 1%-2% discount in selling price.

Customers with demand shall contract directly Real Estate Floor Hodeco, the 3rd floor Hodeco Plaza, 36 Nguyen Thai Hoc, ward 7, Vung Tau city.
