On February 23, 2017, at the meeting of business and investors - Spring 2018, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province handed over the decision on approval of investment policy of the project: "Phu My Ecotown " owned by BR - VT House Development JSC. The details of the projects are as follows:

Project name: Ecotown Phu My

   - Investor: BR-VT House Development JSC.

   - Location: Phu My Town, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province

   - Site area: 63,134.5 m2

   - Investment scale: At the area of 39,465.5 m2, there will be 319 land lots for constructing row houses (31,694.9 m2) with from 2 to 3 floors and 2 land lots for constructing social apartments (7,770.5 m2) with from 9 to 15 floors; at the public area (3,318.8 m2), there will be kindergartens with from 2 to 3 floors; the rest area is for transportation.

   - Total expected investment: VND 497,000,000,000

Mr. Doan Huu Thuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the company received the decision on approval of the investment policy

As expected, BR-VT Housing Development JSC will launch the project at the end of the  first Quarter, early of the second Quarter of 2018, complete the project and putthe project  into operation by the end of 2019.
