BR- VT Housing Development Joint Stock Company (ticker: HDC) has announced financial statements for the first quarter of 2017 with net sales of VND70.7 bn, equal to 53.6% compared with the same period last year, yet EBT is VND 12.830 bn, equaling 302.38%.

In the first quarter of 2017, consolidated revenue came mainly from the Phu My new urban area project, which had high margins. On the other hand, financial income increased 39.36% YoY, contributing to the first quarter profit.

In 2017, BR - VT Housing Development JSC set the EBT target of VND 80 bn. Thus, at the end of the first quarter, the company completed more than 16% of the year plan.
