On November 8, Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company held a signing ceremony for cooperation and project distribution with Arco Living.

Initiating this partnership is The Light City project (Phuoc Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). Arco Living assumes the role of the exclusive distributor for Phase 1 of The Light City project, focusing on delivering a professional and transparent experience, while concurrently enhancing the project's market presence.
