The event marks an important milestone between HODECO and BIDV aiming to the objectives for human society, contributing to realize the project “Build at least one million social housing apartment for low-income people, industrial workers during the 2021-2030 period” and implement credit package totaling 120,000 billion Dong, under the Resolution No.33/NQ-CP of the Government.

HODECO and BIDV signed a capital funding collaboration and loan support for purchasing a house at the Eco Home 1 Social Housing project

The cooperation agreement focuses on two main areas: BIDV’s financing for the projects, a loan agreement for individual customers under the credit package at the Eco Home 1 Social Housing apartment. Notably, BIDV has introduced an unprecedented preferential credit package to help young people realize their dream of homeownership at the Eco Home 1 project. Specifically, customers under the age of 35 can borrow up to 70% of the contract value for a maximum term of 15 years, with a fixed interest rate of 6.1% for the first 5 years. After the preferential period, the interest rate will be maintained at 7.1%. At the same time, HODECO is committed to working closely with BIDV to support buyers of social housing in accessing the VND 120 trillion credit package, ensuring transparency and effectiveness throughout the implementation process.

At the signing ceremony, Director of BIDV – Ba Ria - Vung Tau Branch, Mr. Le Manh Hung expressed his pride in BIDV being honored as one of the banks accompanying HODECO in fulfilling humanity commission for citizens through Eco Home 1 Social Housing Apartment. Mr. Le Manh Hung affirmed his belief that HODECO and BIDV will always accompany in developing and achieving greater success in the future.
