On April 1, 2025, Ba Ria Vung Tau House Development JSC held a ceremony to announce the appointment and transfer of management personnel. The event was attended by Mr. Doan Huu Thuan, Chairman of the BOD; Mr. Le Viet Lien – General Director, Mr. Doan Huu Ha Vinh - Secretary of the Party Committee, and Deputy General Director; along with all Directors, Deputy Directors of each department, and all employees.

The announcement and appointment ceremony aim to consolidate personnel apparatus, strengthen the management and leadership capacity to meet the requirements of the strong growth of the company in the new phase. This is a significant event that demonstrates the Executive Committee’s care and trust in the team of key staff. At the same time, it marks a solid step forward in the journey of development of HODECO. The decision on appointment and transfer consists of:

1. Appointment of Mr. Doan Huu Ha Vinh as Deputy General Director, concurrently serving as Head of the Funding Management Board

2. Decision on not assigning Mrs. Duong Thi Ngoc as Deputy Head of the Accounting Department, focusing Permanent Deputy of the Funding Management Board

3. Appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nga – Deputy Project Director, as Project Director

4. Decision on appointing Mr. Pham Dinh Hiep, Chairman of HODECO Management and Service Company Limited, concurrently as the Manager of HODECO Management and Service Company Limited

5. Decision on reassigning Mr. Do Phi Long – from Deputy Investment Director to Deputy Project Director

6. Decision on appointing Mr. Le Duc Hoang, Acting Deputy Project Director, as Deputy Project Director

7. Decision on reassigning and appointing Mr. Dang Phuong Khoi, Acting Deputy Project Director, as Deputy Investment Director

8. Decision on appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tra, Acting Deputy Investment Director, as Deputy Investment Director

9. Decision on appointing Mrs. Pham Thi Thanh Hai, Acting Deputy Business Director, as Deputy Business Director

10. Decision on appointing Mr Nguyen Thanh Danh, Legal Officer, as Personnel in charge of the Legal Department

Mr. Doan Huu Thuan, Chairman of the BOD and Mr. Le Viet Lien, the General Director, made the decision on reassignment and appointment.

Speaking at the ceremony on behalf of the Executive Committee, Mr Doan Huu Thuan extended congratulations to all those appointed, reassigned. Mr. Doan Huu Thuan also emphasized that the purpose of reassignments, appointments is to optimize and innovate the organizational structure of the Company, and hopes that the management officers will promptly fulfill the assigned tasks with the Executive Committee to contribute to the Company’s continued growth.
