On December 10th recently, delegates from Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development JSC, (HODECO) attended the 2024 Creative Urban - Culture – Convergence and Industry (CICON) in Seoul, Korea. In addition, Mr. Doan Huu Ha Vinh – Vice General Director of HODECO – participated in the signing ceremony of the “Cities Alliance of the Future” between Vietnamese enterprises and Korea.
CICON is an international conference brand with its name derived from the first letter of English compound words “creative urban”, “culture”, “convergence”, and “industry”. The conference was held for the first time in the capital city of Seoul in 2012, followed by Xi’an and Qingdao of China, Ulaanbaatar of Mongolia, and most recently, the capital city of Hanoi in 2022 and Ho Chi Minh in 2022 and 2023. In 2024, CICON was held in Seoul of Korea in June and December, focusing on analyzing the impacts and contributions of AI on urban infrastructure, transportation, environment, safety, architecture, administration, and culture.

As is known, this is the first time HODECO has participated as the guest of honor. In addition, Mr. Le Viet Lien, General Director of HODECO, was honored as one of the typical recipients of the World CEO Award for Innovation and International Cooperation.

The award co-founded by the Korea CEO Summit and the Organizing Committee of WCSA, featured 4 main categories, among them, a notable category is CEO international cooperation, which honors international enterprises for their significant contributions to promoting a social balance, entrepreneurs and leaders who have constructed and led the global market.
